Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage housekeeping staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily activities
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
Inspect rooms/areas and address any issues promptly
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Train and guide housekeeping staff
Maintain records and report any maintenance concerns

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping supervision
Good communication and leadership skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
