Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations at Basant Sarovar. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and efficient staff management while delivering excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met across the property.

• Manage, train, and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and maintain housekeeping inventory, including linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams, including plumbers and electricians, to address repair and upkeep requirements promptly.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Ensure proper scheduling and allocation of duties to housekeeping staff.

• Maintain records and reports related to housekeeping activities and inventory usage.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good coordination and communication abilities.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance processes (plumbing, electrical, etc.).

• Ability to manage inventory and maintain records efficiently.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
