Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor
Industry: Guest House / Hospitality
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations at the guest house.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Manage and guide housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and maintained before guest check-in.
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
Maintain housekeeping supplies, inventory, and cleaning materials.
Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth guest services.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role.
Must be fluent in English (spoken communication is mandatory).
Good communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and guest handling.
Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
