Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, replace amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Refill housekeeping supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests promptly and politely.
• Report maintenance issues or damages immediately.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
• Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and update room status.
Requirements:
• Prior experience working in a 3–4-star hotel (mandatory).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Good communication and customer-service attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time well.
• Physically fit and willing to handle housekeeping tasks.
