Office Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Housekeeping Staff member to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our office premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms, workstations, and common areas are neat, sanitized, and ready for use throughout the official working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and deep-clean the office floors, cabins, and meeting rooms every morning before staff arrival and as needed throughout the day.

• Dusting & Wiping: Regularly wipe down desks, chairs, computers, glass partitions, and windows to ensure a dust-free environment.

• Restroom Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness of office restrooms, ensuring they are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies (soap, tissue, etc.) at all times.

• Waste Management: Empty all trash bins daily and ensure proper disposal of office waste.

• Pantry Maintenance: Keep the office pantry/kitchen area clean, including cleaning utensils and maintaining the water dispenser area.

• Availability: Remain present on the office premises during working hours to attend to any immediate cleaning needs or spills.

• Inventory Tracking: Notify the Operations Manager when cleaning supplies (phenyl, detergents, etc.) are running low.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience housekeeping staff in a professional office or school environment is preferred.

• Punctuality: Must be extremely reliable and arrive on time to prepare the office before work begins.

• Behavior: Polite, professional, and honest demeanor.

• Health: Should be physically fit to perform cleaning tasks and move light furniture if required.

• Language: Basic understanding of the local language (Kannada) for communication with the team.
