Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
Clean and sanitise washrooms, pantry areas, and other shared facilities regularly.
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as required.
Ensure meeting rooms and conference areas are clean and ready before meetings.
Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and guests whenever required.
Maintain cleanliness and availability of pantry supplies, drinking water, and housekeeping materials.
Collect and dispose of waste responsibly and ensure dustbins are emptied regularly.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and inform the Administration Department when replenishment is required.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene-related concerns to the concerned department.
Follow workplace hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
