Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Manage room allocations and reservations using PMS
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest requirements
Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payments
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle walk-in inquiries
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Upsell rooms and hotel services when possible
Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation standards
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
0–2 years experience in front office (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge and PMS experience preferred
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
