Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in operations or team supervision.
2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage team performance.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
