We are looking for a Housekeeping field Executive who manages daily cleaning operations, supervises on-site staff, and maintains service standards across multiple client locations.

Inspect properties: Visit multiple client sites for pre-quote visits and do property assessment, recruit right staffing after award of contract and regularly to check cleanliness and work quality, Enforce standards: Ensure workers follow safety rules, hygiene guidelines, and company procedures, Solve problems: Fix operational issues quickly and handle emergency staffing needs.

Deploy workers: Assign housekeeping staff, helpers, and pantry workers to different locations. Track attendance: Monitor daily shifts, manage leaves, and arrange replacements for absent workers. Train teams: Teach staff proper cleaning techniques, grooming rules, and customer service.

Communicate with clients: Meet facility managers to discuss service feedback and solve complaints. Submit reports: Send daily updates on worker attendance, site audits, and client feedback to upper management.
