Job Description: Housekeeping Executive / Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe environment for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervise and execute daily cleaning schedules for offices, clinical areas, washrooms, and common zones.

• Maintenance & Hygiene: Ensure all surfaces, glass, and flooring are maintained according to sanitation protocols. Monitor deep-cleaning tasks on a weekly or monthly basis.

• Inventory Management: Maintain a log of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs while managing costs effectively.

• Waste Management: Oversee the proper segregation and disposal of general and hazardous waste (following bio-medical waste protocols if applicable).

• Staff Coordination: Lead and train the housekeeping team (on-site or outsourced) to ensure adherence to the organization’s Code of Conduct and SOPs.

• Reporting: Maintain daily checklists and report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, or structural) to the Operations Manager immediately.
