We are looking for a sincere and responsible Housekeeping Cum Office Boy to maintain cleanliness and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The candidate should be punctual, hardworking, and capable of handling housekeeping as well as basic office assistance tasks.
Housekeeping Duties
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize office areas regularly.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
Refill pantry supplies, drinking water, and other essentials as required.
Office Support Duties
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Handle local errands such as bank visits, courier dispatches, and collection of documents when required.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
Monitor office supplies and inform the administration team when replenishment is required.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
