Housekeeping Attendant – Duties & Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
Replenish toiletries, drinking water, and other guest amenities.
Ensure rooms and public areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, or unusual incidents to the supervisor.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
Collect and dispose of garbage and waste properly.
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as required.
Follow hotel/company cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
Provide polite and professional assistance to guests when required.
Complete assigned tasks within the required time and maintain a clean, organized work area.
