Hiring: Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate)
Location: Rishikesh (Zana Rishikesh)
Department: Housekeeping
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team at Zana Rishikesh. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per SOPs
Ensure proper use and upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Replenish room supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities
Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly
Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates
Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously
Follow all safety, security, and hygiene protocols
Candidate Profile:
0–2 years of experience in housekeeping (freshers can also apply)
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to manage operational duties
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
