• Spot cleaning glass doors and windows
• Disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and railings
• Refilling supplies like soap, tissue, and paper towels
Weekly Responsibilities
• Detailed dusting of high surfaces and decorative items
• Cleaning and polishing glass partitions and doors
• Vacuuming sofas and upholstered furniture
• Deep mopping and buffing of floors
• Cleaning light fixtures, air vents, and fans
• Sanitizing office equipment like telephones and keyboards
Monthly Responsibilities
• Deep cleaning of carpets and floor areas
• Detailed cleaning of doors, frames, and skirting boards
• High dusting of ceilings and ventilation systems
• Cleaning and organizing storage and utility areas
• Special cleaning tasks as required by management
