Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Change bed linen, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, tea/coffee sachets, and bottled water.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Ensure all rooms are ready before guest check-in.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping trolley and storage areas.
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and SOP guidelines.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning tasks when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel industry preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Basic communication skills.
Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
Positive attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
