Housekeeping Associate – Key Roles & Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen/common areas as per standards.
Make beds and arrange linen, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
Ensure rooms are properly set up before guest check-in.
Carry out cleaning and room servicing during the guest's stay when required.
Handle linen and laundry coordination, including counting and maintaining stock.
Replenish guest supplies such as water, toiletries, tissues, tea/coffee amenities, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of bungalow entrances, corridors, common spaces, and surrounding assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues such as AC, plumbing, electrical, furniture, or fixture problems to the concerned team.
Report any lost & found items immediately as per procedure.
Follow proper usage and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform.
Follow safety, hygiene, and property SOPs.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests while respecting their privacy.
Support other operational activities in the bungalow when required.
