About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Workspace Maintenance Executive to maintain a clean, hygienic, organised, and welcoming environment across our workspaces.

The person will be responsible for daily cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards, keeping work areas organized, and ensuring that common areas and facilities are always presentable.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain workspace, desks, meeting rooms, cabins, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces regularly.

• Clean and maintain washrooms, pantry areas, and other facilities.

• Empty dustbins and ensure proper disposal of waste.

• Keep desks, chairs, tables, and other workspace areas neat and clean.

• Clean glass doors, windows, partitions, and other visible surfaces as required.

• Refill essential supplies such as hand-wash, tissues, toilet paper, drinking water, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness in pantry and refreshment areas.

• Ensure meeting rooms and work spaces are clean and ready before use.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, leaks, electrical problems, or facility concerns to the Admin/Facility Manager.

• Support basic workspace arrangements and cleanliness before and after meetings or events.

• Handle cleaning materials and equipment responsibly and maintain adequate supplies.

• Follow workplace hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Maintain a professional and polite attitude when interacting with employees, visitors, and clients.

• Perform other housekeeping and facility-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, office cleaning, facility maintenance, hotel housekeeping, or a similar role is preferred.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene consistently.

• Good attention to detail.

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

• Physically capable of performing cleaning and housekeeping duties.

• Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.

• Basic communication skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
