Job Purpose

To ensure a clean, hygienic, safe, and well-maintained environment across Drishti IAS premises, including classrooms, offices, common areas, washrooms, and other designated spaces. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Centre while ensuring a comfortable environment for students, faculty, employees, and visitors.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, and common areas.

• Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitization, and cleaning of assigned areas.

• Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean and ready before classes, meetings, and events.

• Maintain adequate stock and proper usage of housekeeping and cleaning supplies.

• Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, following hygiene and safety standards.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the concerned reporting manager promptly.

• Respond efficiently to housekeeping requirements from students, faculty, employees, and visitors.

• Follow organizational cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline standards while performing all assigned duties.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitation practices.

• Knowledge of proper handling and use of cleaning materials and equipment.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently.

• Good attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance issues.

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and complete them within defined timelines.

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented approach.

• It is a Full Time హౌస్ కీపింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
