Urban Company is looking for dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented female Housekeeping Partners to join our platform. As a housekeeping partner, you will help our clients maintain clean, hygienic, and welcoming homes. We offer flexible shift options with highly competitive payouts based on the hours you choose to work.

Salary & Shift Options

Choose the shift that best fits your schedule. Payouts are fixed based on your daily hours:

• 6-Hour Shift: ₹16,000 per month

• 8-Hour Shift: ₹25,000 per month

• 11-Hour Shift: ₹31,000 per month

Work Location

• Location: Post-selection, your work locations will be assigned along the Borivali to Dadar route.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standard household cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to Urban Company’s high standards.

• Organize and tidy up rooms, changing linens and making beds when required.

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful attitude while working in clients' homes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender: Only female candidates are eligible for this role.

• Prior experience in professional cleaning, hospitality, or domestic housekeeping is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.

• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to manage time effectively during shifts.

• Must possess a smartphone to manage bookings and daily schedules through the app.
