Key Responsibilities and Duties
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Thoroughly cleaning rooms, lounges, and restrooms, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Linen & Room Setup:
Changing bed linens, washing, drying, folding, and distributing clean towels and linens.
Restocking Supplies: Ensuring rooms and bathrooms are replenished with toiletries, soap, toilet paper, and other amenities.
Waste Disposal: Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste in designated areas.
Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Guest Service: Responding to special requests from guests or staff politely and efficiently.
