Key Responsibilities
Dusting & Surface Cleaning: Daily dusting, wiping, and sanitizing of desks, tables, chairs, windows, shelves, and fixtures.
Floor Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions.
Washroom Cleaning: Daily thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and scrubbing of washrooms, sinks, toilets, and mirrors. Replenishing washroom essentials (hand soap, toilet paper, hand towels).
Pantry Cleaning & Maintenance: Daily cleaning and sanitization of pantry surfaces, dining tables, counters, microwave, and sink. Washing and drying pantry utensils, cups, and dishware as needed.
Waste Management: Emptying dustbins and trash cans daily, replacing liners, and disposing of waste safely in designated bin areas.
Inventory Monitoring: Keeping track of cleaning supplies, detergents, and toiletries, and reporting to the supervisor when restocks are required.
Key Requirements
Experience: Prior experience (6 months to 2 years) in housekeeping, office cleaning, residential, or commercial cleaning preferred. (Freshers may apply).
Skills: Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals, sanitization methods, and equipment usage.
Attributes: Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and physically fit to handle routine cleaning duties.
Communication: Basic communication skills in local languages (Hindi / Marathi / English).
