We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Housekeeping to oversee housekeeping operations across Machaxi sports centres. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all facilities, including courts, pools, turfs, locker rooms, and common areas.
Manage and supervise housekeeping teams across multiple Machaxi locations
Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of badminton courts, swimming pools, turf areas, locker rooms, washrooms, and common spaces
Establish and monitor housekeeping SOPs specific to sports facilities
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
Coordinate closely with centre managers and operations teams
Manage inventory, procurement, and usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables
Train staff on safe cleaning practices, equipment use, and hygiene protocols
Address member feedback or complaints related to cleanliness promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards
