About the Role

Q2Pay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, hardworking and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Trainee. This is a structured, hands-on training program designed to help candidates build professional housekeeping skills through practical exposure, mentorship and continuous learning.

The program focuses on developing expertise in housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, cleaning techniques, safety protocols and facility management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job training on professional housekeeping standards, hygiene practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform daily housekeeping activities including:

  • House cleaning

  • Dusting, sweeping and mopping

  • Kitchen cleaning and hygiene maintenance

  • Toilet and bathroom cleaning (routine and deep cleaning)

  • General area cleaning and waste segregation

• Learn the safe handling, dilution, storage and application of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants while adhering to safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned work areas, including rooms, common areas, washrooms, kitchens and pantry spaces.

• Assist in preparing tea and coffee as per operational requirements.

• Report maintenance issues, damages or safety concerns to the reporting supervisor.

• Support housekeeping operations during regular and special cleaning assignments.

• Attend training sessions, practical demonstrations, skill assessments and performance reviews.

• Follow company policies related to attendance, grooming, uniforms, discipline, hygiene and workplace safety.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (SSC) or equivalent.

• Candidates with 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma or higher qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, facility management or cleaning services.

• Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and develop professional housekeeping skills are welcome to apply.

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
