Job Description

Role - Housekeeping Boy

Location - PrakashDeep Building, DaryaGanj, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and hardworking Office Boy / Housekeeping Executive to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises, assist in serving refreshments, and provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Clean and maintain office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and common areas.

• Clean and sanitize all washrooms/toilets regularly and ensure proper hygiene.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office floors, furniture, windows, and office equipment.

• Empty dustbins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Refill toiletries, handwash, tissue papers, and other washroom essentials.

• Maintain pantry cleanliness and ensure all utensils are properly cleaned.

Refreshment Services

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.

• Arrange and serve lunch, snacks, and beverages during meetings or as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry items and kitchen appliances.

Office Support

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.

• Handle photocopying, filing, document movement, and other basic office assistance as assigned.

• Purchase pantry and housekeeping supplies when required.

• Support administrative tasks assigned by the Admin/HR department.

Maintenance

• Report any maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, furniture damage, etc.) to the Admin department.

• Ensure cleaning materials and consumables are adequately stocked.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 8th/10th Pass (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or office support (preferred).

• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning procedures.

• Polite, punctual, honest, and well-groomed.

• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
