Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the sports facility, including courts, lobbies, washrooms, and common areas. The role ensures a safe and pleasant environment for members, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors, seating areas, restrooms, and locker rooms.

• Dust and wipe down sports equipment, furniture, glass, and mirrors.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.

• Replenish toiletries and cleaning supplies in washrooms and locker areas.

• Maintain cleanliness of reception, lounge, café (if applicable), and outdoor areas.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and used safely.

• Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policy.

• Assist in setting up or rearranging furniture/equipment for events and activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred).

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.

• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor sports facility environment.

• Requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (depending on experience and location).
