Job Description: Fountain Maintenance Operator / Swimming Pool Operator

Key Responsibilities (JD & KRA):

🛠️ For Fountain Maintenance Operator:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fountain systems including pumps, filters, nozzles, and lighting.

• Regular cleaning and descaling of jets, pipes, and nozzles.

• Monitor water levels and quality; report any irregularities.

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.

• Coordinate with site engineers for smooth functioning.

🏊 For Swimming Pool Operator:

• Maintain proper pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, TDS, etc.).

• Operate and service filtration systems, pumps, and suction lines.

• Daily cleaning of pool tiles, surface, and surroundings.

• Maintain logs for chemical usage, cleaning, and service.

• Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Fail

• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in plumbing, maintenance, or water system handling (preferred but not mandatory)

• Language: Basic understanding of Hindi, Telugu, or English

Other Details:

• 🕒 Working Hours: 9 hrs (Rotational / as per site requirement)

• 🧥 Uniform: Provided by the company (cost deducted from 1st salary)

• 📄 Documents Required: Aadhaar, PAN, Passport (within 4 years), Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

• 🗓️ OJT/Nesting Period: 3 Days

• 🧾 Confirmation Period: 15 Days

Salary (In-Hand):

• Fresher: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000/month

• Experienced: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month

• Benefits: ESI + PF + Overtime if applicable

Mode of Payment:

Salary is transferred via SBI Bank A/C only, between 8th to 10th of every month.
