Position Summary:

Mahindra Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper / Pantry Assistant to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth pantry operations at our Ludhiana office. The role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for employees and visitors, along with assisting in pantry management and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common spaces.

• Handle pantry duties such as preparing and serving tea/coffee, managing utensils, and ensuring pantry supplies are well-stocked.

• Use appropriate cleaning methods and materials for different surfaces and areas.

• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and refreshments for guests or office events.

• Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain hygiene standards throughout the premises.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Admin department.

• Follow company protocols related to safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or pantry roles (preferably in corporate offices, real estate, or hospitality sector).

• Education: Minimum diploma/ Degree Holder

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and safety procedures.

  • Basic hospitality and pantry service etiquette.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.

  • Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties.

  • Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
