• Cleaning tables, computer screens, doors, and other surfaces

• Disposal of garbage from office and store before closing

Book Handling & Warehouse Operations

• Preparing books with stickers, bookmarks, and advertisements

• Shrink-wrapping books

• Arranging books properly in display racks, boxes, and warehouse

• Inspecting newly arrived books for damage or short supply

• Retrieving books from warehouse as required

Dispatch & Logistics

• Packing parcels for Amazon FBA warehouse

• Preparing dispatch parcels and packages

• Handing over books to pickup personnel (Amazon, Flipkart, courier companies)

• Dispatching orders through courier services and post office

Office Administration & Support

• Filing documents

• Bank-related work

• Other outdoor office duties

• Purchasing groceries, monthly office supplies, and cleaning materials

Hospitality & Office Assistance

• Arranging lunch for guests, boss, and staff

• Serving water, tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch to boss

• Serving water, tea, or coffee to visitors
