The Housekeeping Executive for the Model House is responsible for maintaining a flawless, "five-star hotel" level of cleanliness, styling, and presentation. As this property serves as the primary sales experience center for premium prospective homebuyers, this role ensures every room looks perfectly staged, welcoming, and immaculate at any given moment of the day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom-Standard Presentation
Daily Staging: Ensure the model house is perfectly arranged every morning before prospective buyers arrive—fluff cushions, straighten bed linens, align decor items, and ensure carpets are perfectly smooth.
High-Gloss Surfaces: Continuously polish and clean mirrors, glass partitions, marble countertops, high-end fixtures, and stainless steel fittings to ensure zero fingerprints or smudges.
Flooring & Dusting: Sweep, mop, and vacuum premium flooring (marble, wooden laminates, luxury carpets) multiple times a day to maintain a dust-free environment.
Aroma & Ambience: Manage the indoor air quality by ensuring room diffusers or air fresheners are consistently working, creating a premium, inviting scent throughout the villa/apartment.
2. Guest & Visitor Readiness
High-Traffic Maintenance: Monitor and immediately clean up footprints, spills, or dust tracks left behind by visiting clients and sales teams.
Restroom Hygiene: Maintain the experience center and model house restrooms in an absolute state of cleanliness, keeping them dry, fully stocked with luxury hand soaps/tissues, and sanitized at all times.
Pantry Support: Keep the visitor refreshment lounge or model kitchen clean, ensuring water bottles, tea/coffee coasters, and presentation trays are neatly arranged.
3. Material Care & Safety
Premium Material Handling: Use appropriate, non-damaging chemicals specifically meant for luxury surfaces (e.g., pH-neutral cleaners for marble, specialized microfiber for delicate wallpapers and decorative artifacts).
Damage Reporting: Conduct daily checks and immediately report any scratches, wall paint chips, broken decor, or lighting issues to the supervisor to ensure instant repairs.
