Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
Bedding & Linens: Changing, washing, and folding linens/towels; managing laundry.
Restocking: Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other guest amenities in rooms.
Trash Removal: Collecting and disposing of waste and debris.
Maintenance Reporting: Notifying supervisors of damages, repairs, or safety hazards.
Guest Service: Handling guest requests, maintaining privacy, and managing lost & found items.
Equipment Care: Ensuring cleaning tools and supplies are clean, stocked, and stored properly.
