Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas. Ensures all rooms meet hotel standards and provides a comfortable experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, and vacuum floors.
Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor.
Follow safety and cleaning protocols as per hotel standards.
Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment properly.
Assist guests politely and respond to basic requests.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of cleaning practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts.
Attention to detail and time management.
