The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards
Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room amenities
Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures
Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in on time
Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately
Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, and common areas
Handle laundry services when required
Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies properly
Respond politely to guest requests and assist when needed
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management skills
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Honest, punctual, and well-groomed
Prior housekeeping experience preferred (hotel or service apartment)
No formal qualification required (training provided)
