Pinnacle Hotel is looking for dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas as per hotel standards.
✔ Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
✔ Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing assigned areas.
✔ Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
✔ Ensure proper handling and usage of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
✔ Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping pantry and storage areas.
✔ Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
✔ Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and guest service standards.
✔ Respond politely to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when required.
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to handle standing/lifting tasks.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus).
