House Keeping Staff

Job Description:

Location : Coimbatore ( R S Puram)

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of the senior management, visitors, and guests with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

• Serve beverages, meals, and refreshments in the office or residence as required.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of meeting areas, pantry, and guest rooms.

• Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document delivery.

• Support administrative operations including courier management, stationery control, and office maintenance.

• Coordinate internal meetings, arrange refreshments, and ensure the office environment is well maintained.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces

• Perform deep cleaning, dusting, polishing, and sanitization as required

• Manage laundry services including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe care

• Ensure proper bed making and linen replacement

• Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping staff (if applicable)

• Handle guest room preparation and VIP arrangements

• Maintain household supplies inventory and request replenishments

• Ensure care of furniture, décor, silverware, and valuable items

• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Assist with basic food & beverage service when required

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Report maintenance issues to management or property owner
