Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office floors, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.

• Dust and sanitize furniture, office equipment, doors, windows, and other surfaces.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors daily.

• Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with toiletries and handwash.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and dining area.

• Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure proper segregation of garbage.

• Refill drinking water dispensers and pantry supplies when required.

• Report any maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc.) to the Admin department.

• Handle housekeeping materials and cleaning equipment responsibly.

• Support office events and meetings by arranging rooms and serving refreshments.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Perform any other housekeeping or office support duties assigned by the Admin department.
