Housekeeping / Caretaker Staff – Job Responsibilities

1. Showroom Cleaning

• Showroom ke floor ki daily sweeping aur mopping karna.

• Furniture, tables, chairs aur display products se dust clean karna.

• Glass, mirrors, doors aur windows ki regular cleaning karna.

• Customer sitting area ko clean aur व्यवस्थित rakhna.

• Dustbins ko regularly empty karna aur waste ko designated area mein dispose karna.
  

2. Furniture & Display Upkeep

• Furniture products ko dust-free aur clean condition mein maintain karna.

• Chairs, tables, sofas aur other display items ko proper position mein rakhna.

• Products ko unnecessarily move ya damage hone se bachana.

• Showroom ki overall presentation ko neat aur attractive rakhna.
  

3. Daily Showroom Maintenance

• Showroom opening se pehle complete cleaning aur overall condition check karna.

• Lights, fans, AC aur basic electrical facilities mein koi issue ho to management ko inform karna.

• Kisi bhi damage, leakage, breakage ya maintenance requirement ki information immediately dena.

• Cleaning tools aur materials ko proper place par rakhna.
  

4. Customer Support

• Customer ke showroom visit ke dauran sitting area aur surrounding area clean rakhna.

• Customers ke liye drinking water ki availability ensure karna.

• Customer movement ke baad area ko immediately clean aur organised karna.
  

5. Stock & Cleaning Material

• Cleaning materials aur housekeeping supplies ka stock check karna.

• Required cleaning material khatam hone se pehle supervisor/management ko inform karna.

• Cleaning materials ka proper use karna aur unnecessary wastage avoid karna.
  

6. Caretaker Responsibilities

• Showroom premises ki cleanliness aur basic upkeep ki responsibility lena.

• Showroom opening aur closing ke time management ke instructions ke according support karna.

• Showroom ki property, furniture aur equipment ki proper care karna.

• Kisi bhi unusual activity, damage ya safety issue ko immediately management ko report karna.
  

7. Discipline & General Duties

• Company ke cleanliness, safety aur discipline rules ka strictly follow karna.

• Duty hours mein showroom ko clean, organised aur customer-ready rakhna.

• Management/supervisor dwara diye gaye housekeeping-related tasks ko time par complete karna.

• Working hours mein punctuality aur discipline maintain karna.

• Staff aur customers ke saath polite aur professional behaviour maintain karna.

• It is a Full Time హౌస్ కీపింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
