Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest/customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.

• Ensure all rooms, common areas, facilities, and workspaces are clean and well-maintained.

• Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.

• Maintain housekeeping checklists, records, and daily reports.

• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, cleaning materials, and inventory.

• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance or service-related issues.

• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety, and service standards.

• Handle guest/customer requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints professionally.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, hospital, facility management, or corporate environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping procedures.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
