Job Description:

Jamaica Craft Cafe is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Guest Service Associates (GSA) to join our hospitality team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests professionally

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service

• Take and coordinate food & beverage orders

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Ensure smooth guest experience and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with team members for smooth cafe operations

Requirements:

• Freshers and internship candidates can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic hospitality knowledge preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
