Gardener

We are looking for a Senior Gardener to join our team at K-IIT World School .The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plant Cultivation & Maintenance

• Ensure healthy growth of plants, flowers, fruits, shrubs, and lawns

• Monitor irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control activities

• Maintain seasonal plantation schedules

2. Landscape Development & Upkeep

• Plan and supervise landscaping projects

• Maintain aesthetic standards of gardens and green spaces

• Ensure proper upkeep of indoor and outdoor plants

3. Pest & Disease Management

• Identify plant diseases and pest infestations

• Implement preventive and corrective treatment measures

• Ensure safe and effective use of pesticides and fertilizers

4. Nursery / Greenhouse Operations

• Manage propagation, transplantation, and inventory of plants

• Monitor greenhouse climate and plant health conditions

• Maintain stock availability and quality standards

5. Soil & Irrigation Management

• Conduct soil analysis and recommend improvements

• Ensure efficient irrigation systems and water conservation practices

• Monitor nutrient management programs
