Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Handling
Manage workers, helpers, and staff on the production floor
Allocate duties and shift planning for cleaning the floors, washing carates
Allocate cook's & inform the Menu's in factory Canteen
Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and production area
Enforce food safety and hygiene practices
Machine & Maintenance Handling
Ensure proper working of ovens, mixers, and other equipment
Report breakdowns and coordinate for repairs
Reporting & Documentation
Track wastage, output, and efficiency
Report issues and updates to management
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
Ability to work under pressure
