Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Guiding Vehicles: Directing traffic at entry and exit points and guiding drivers to available 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler parking spaces.
Ticket Issuance: Issuing parking tickets at entry, which note the time of arrival.
Fee Collection: Calculating and collecting parking fees at exit points based on the duration of stay, and issuing receipts.
Traffic Management: Ensuring smooth flow of vehicles to prevent congestion, especially during peak hours.
Security & Safety: Monitoring the parking area for safety, ensuring vehicles are in designated spots, and checking for potential security issues.
Customer Assistance: Answering queries, assisting with navigation to the terminal, and helping customers locate their vehicles.
