Salary- ₹10,500 - ₹11,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Cleaning Operations: Operate dishwashing machines, wash pots/pans by hand, and clean kitchen equipment to health inspection standards.

  • Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain clean, safe, and dry kitchen floors, surfaces, and drains.

  • Waste Management: Manage daily, proper garbage removal and ensure the refuse area is sanitary.

  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory of chinaware, silverware, and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper storage and minimizing breakage.

  • Support Roles: Support kitchen staff by cleaning work stations, fetching items, and preparing cleaning chemicals

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
