Job వివరణ

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced 24-hour Baby Caretaker (Japa Maid) to join our team at Ayepee Nursing India Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for providing complete newborn and infant care, ensuring hygiene, safety, and comfort for both baby and mother. This role requires patience, responsibility, and round-the-clock availability.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24-hour care for newborns and infants
Assist mother with post-delivery care and support
Handle baby bathing, massage, feeding, and diaper changing
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of baby’s room, clothes, and accessories
Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby utensils
Monitor baby’s health and report any concerns immediately
Ensure proper sleep routine and comfort of the baby
Handle laundry related to baby and mother
Follow instructions given by doctors or family

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th Pass
Experience: 1–5 years in newborn or baby care (Japa Maid experience preferred)
Knowledge of baby care, hygiene, and safety practices
Basic understanding of postnatal mother care
Physically fit and able to work 24-hour shifts (with rest breaks)
Good behavior, patience, and responsibility
Ability to stay at client’s home
