Hiring: Admin Executive

📍 Location: Kariwala Towers, Salt Lake Sec-V, Kolkata

🕘 Shift: 9 AM–6 PM / 12 PM–9 PM (Rotational)

📅 Working Days: 6 days (1 rotational off)

💰 Salary: Upto 20k CTC

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by managing vendors, maintaining systems, and ensuring proper housekeeping and security standards .

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and contract renewals.

System Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of office equipment, IT systems, and infrastructure.

Housekeeping Oversight: Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure office cleanliness and hygiene.

Security Management: Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Inventory & Asset Management: Track and manage office supplies and assets efficiently.

Facility Management: Support day-to-day operational needs, maintenance, and repairs.

Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external agencies for smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles (preferred).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.

• Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.

• It is a Full Time హౌస్ కీపింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
