Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Service Desk team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing first-level technical and operational support, handling customer queries, and managing support tickets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries over phone calls.
Log, track, and update support tickets.
Ensure timely ticket closure as per defined SLAs.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support to end users.
Escalate issues to relevant teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL and CSS.
Understanding of ticket logging and ticket closure processes.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to provide support over calls.
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
