We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹16000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install CCTV cameras and surveillance systems in various locations

• Maintain and repair existing CCTV systems

• Perform regular system inspections to ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment

• Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate and maintain surveillance systems

• Provide training and support to end-users on system operation

• Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and service logs

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video surveillance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
