🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• 💻 Diagnose hardware issues in laptops and desktops.

• 🔧 Assemble, disassemble, repair, and refurbish laptops and desktops.

• 🖥️ Repair and replace components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, batteries, displays, and motherboards.

• ✅ Perform functional testing and quality checks before dispatch.

• ⚙️ Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software.

• 📋 Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ESD safety guidelines.

• 📊 Maintain service records and update production reports.

• 🤝 Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Inventory teams.

• 🧹 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

🎓 Education Qualification

Candidates must have a Diploma / BE / B.Tech in any of the following:

• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

• Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

• Mechanical Engineering

• 💻 Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

• 🔩 Understanding of laptop and desktop components.
