RSR is urgently hiring for System Administrator at Mumbai location. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Your role will be crucial in safeguarding the integrity and security of IT infrastructure while minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Management

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).

• Manage and monitor internal IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Ensure systems are patched, updated, and compliant with security policies.

2. Network & Security

• Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches.

• Monitor system security using antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection tools.

• Implement access controls and ensure compliance with data security standards such as ISO and GDPR.

3. User Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 2/3 support for software, hardware, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and deprovisioning.

4. Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Design and maintain backup and recovery strategies.

• Perform regular backup verifications and disaster recovery drills.

• Document and test business continuity procedures.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and policies.

• Produce regular reports on system performance, incident logs, and patch compliance.

6 Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead the IT support and infrastructure team in day-to-day operations.

• Delegate tasks, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and project teams for seamless IT delivery.

• Drive best practices, process improvements, and technology standards across the team.

Experience - 3+ years in system administration or a similar role.

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / హార్డ్‌వేర్ / నెట్‌వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
