We are looking System Administrator to join our team Ethics Group. Candidate must have 6 months to 2 years experience in IT infrastructure. Job description given below Responding to client support requests

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Installation and Troubleshooting of CCTV (NVR)
Providing basic training on computer operation and management.
Creating Daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
