Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil site activities and ensure timely project execution.

• Monitor work progress and maintain site records and reports.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams.

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards at the site.

• Manage manpower and material requirements effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

• Relevant experience in civil site supervision.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Knowledge of site execution, measurement, and reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
